Polakata emerged through meditation, revealing both its form and its name before I understood its meaning. Created after a profound meditation during the Fall Equinox of 2025 in Alaska, the painting reflects the emotional, energetic, and physical weight we carry when we resist change.
To me, Polakata symbolizes the release of old patterns, making space for renewal and transformation. The "tumors" within the painting represent accumulated tension—reminders that transformation begins when we allow energy to flow freely instead of holding on to what no longer serves us.
This one-of-a-kind original artwork invites reflection on letting go, embracing change, and creating space for the person we are becoming.
